Refund policy

At Elvoroco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used skincare products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
